Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

As a Data Analytics Specialist at Satair, you will join the Data & Infrastructure team to empower the business with self‑service tools, robust data foundations and scalable cloud solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with analysts and domain experts to turn data into actionable insights that improve processes and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and maintain key data pipelines on the Airbus Skywise platform (custom Palantir Foundry), focusing on optimisation, automation and backend flow efficiency.
• Support business units with in‑depth data analysis, experimentation and visualisation to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with functional teams to map end‑to‑end processes, identify pain points and propose data‑centric improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into automated tools, dashboards, reports or workflows that boost productivity.
• Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to quickly test and validate solutions for critical business challenges.
• Coach cross‑functional teams on data quality, MVP development and analytics use‑cases.
