Construction Project Scheduler

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join its team in Fredericia. This is a full-time, site-based role (5 days per week) supporting the on-site scheduling team on complex large-scale construction projects, such as data centres, pharmaceutical, biotech, oil & gas, industrial, logistics, manufacturing or chemical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the on-site scheduling team in reviewing internal and contractor schedules, analysing and validating time impacts, scope changes and delays so risks can be identified early.
• Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
• Support the development of tender and contractual requirements, including KPIs on schedule accuracy, milestone achievement and timely submission of programmes for core contracts.
• Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure and integrate contract packages into the master plan schedule.
• Review contractor schedules and make recommendations to the client, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and the client.
• Monitor key delivery milestones, verify project data with contractors and develop mitigation plans.
• Assess contractor extension of time claims, prepare defence claim reports and recommend on EOT claims.
• Analyse the critical path and constraints, and work out site logistics planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, focused on complex construction projects, with Data Centre experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating schedule performance data from multiple sources into a master schedule platform and delivering project status reports for large-scale projects.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent command of English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Danish working permit.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Good working relationships with the project team
