About the role

Join the strategy team of Maersk, a global logistics leader, as a Business Analyst Student Assistant. Work part‑time (20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling around exams, collaborating on high‑impact projects that shape the future of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in project teams of 3‑5 consultants to develop growth strategies.
• Analyse business problems, create logical models and present insights to senior decision‑makers.
• Engage with stakeholders across Maersk to drive transformation initiatives.
• Support the development of sustainable, practical solutions for complex challenges.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Danish university (Bachelor or Master) in business, engineering, economics or related fields.
• Strong academic record and curiosity to learn new concepts.
• Ability to build professional relationships and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Inclusive, creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
