About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Board & Advisory Recruitment team in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for sourcing, preparing, and presenting Denmark's most promising growth companies to our venture partner community each month.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select high‑potential Danish growth companies and ready them for pitch events.
• Match the right profiles from our venture partner community with the strategic needs of these companies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and analysis to final placement on management teams, boards, or advisory boards.
• Present potential cases to the Board & Advisory team and ensure smooth execution of monthly events.
• Provide strategic assessment, sparring, and support to companies throughout the recruitment process.
