About the role

PwC’s Workforce and Rewards team in Copenhagen is expanding and seeks an experienced Rewards Consultant to turn complex reward challenges into practical solutions. You will work alongside specialists in AI, legal, tax and data to deliver impact for clients and grow your own expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement incentive programmes.
• Identify suitable remuneration benchmarks for companies.
• Create remuneration packages that attract, motivate and retain talent.
• Develop job architectures, from standard frameworks to tailored solutions.
• Improve and manage annual rewards cycles.
• Prepare clients for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, from design through communication.
• Support clients on broader pay and performance matters.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in rewards or management consulting.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Quick learner eager to develop impact for organisations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and address client needs.
• Proven experience managing impactful projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in economics, finance or business.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
