About the role

Join CXG as a Luxury Brand Evaluator and help premium brands improve their customer experience. You will visit luxury stores or evaluate online purchases, providing honest feedback that shapes the future of high‑end fashion, beauty, jewellery and automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Choose missions that match your interests and profile.
• Visit luxury boutiques or shop online, interact with sales staff and assess the overall atmosphere.
• Observe service quality, store ambiance and product presentation.
• Submit detailed feedback through CXG’s platform using questionnaires.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and a current customer of premium or luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Precise, organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Passionate about customer experiences; no prior experience required.
