Associate Commercial Excellence Manager

About the role

Join Coloplast’s Chronic Care Commercial team as an Associate Commercial Excellence Manager. You will support strategic initiatives that improve market performance, elevate frontline quality, and deliver stronger customer outcomes across the global commercial excellence function.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Annual Business Planning process.
• Contribute to the execution of the Commercial Excellence strategy with scalable standards, strong governance, and practical tools for local teams.
• Drive follow‑up on performance measures, focusing on segmentation, targeting, account planning, and frontline performance management.
• Act as a trusted partner to markets, turning insights into improvement areas and supporting the Impact4 agenda.
• Collaborate closely with Business Areas, Sales Excellence, and Commercial Development to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of global priorities.

Required profile

• Curiosity, initiative and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Master’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial excellence is a plus.
