About the role
The restaurant at Great Northern, a destination resort in Kerteminde combining hotel, spa, golf and gastronomy, is looking for an assistant restaurant chef. You will help secure and develop daily restaurant operations and the service, working closely with the head chef in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily service
- Ensure quality, structure and good flow in the restaurant
- Support and develop colleagues in the front of house
- Take responsibility for the guest experience
- Ensure close cooperation between restaurant and kitchen
- Contribute to the restaurant's continued development
Required profile
- Solid experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in leadership or shift management is preferred
- Natural overview, sense of responsibility and calm under pressure
- Understanding that good leadership combines people, expertise and follow-up
