VVS Engineer (Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation)

About the role

AFRY's Buildings business unit is looking for a VVS engineer with strong expertise and experience in plumbing, heating and ventilation, including knowledge of ventilation. You will work in a cross-functional team of about 20 colleagues on projects ranging from schools and hospitals to high-rises and industrial buildings, with direct contact to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as engineer on larger and smaller projects, setting direction and principles, often with project leadership.
• Coordinate budgets, planning and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Work with partners and current and potential new customers.
• Calculate plumbing and ventilation systems.
• Contribute to the department's professional development.

Required profile

• VVS engineer degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience as an engineer in consulting, preferably as a specialist manager.
• Strong technical background and ability to link different disciplines.
• Proactive approach to work and cooperation, comfortable with direct customer contact.
