Virtual Design & Construction Internship, Spring 2027

About the role

NCC is looking for an engineering, draughtsman or architecture student interested in digital tools and new ways of working to join its Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) department in Søborg for a spring 2027 internship. The department develops, tests and implements digital methods and tools that make construction better, faster and more precise.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in developing, testing and implementing digital methods and tools such as 4D simulations, clash detection, quantity take-offs, AI, automation and data processing.
• Gain insight into the whole construction process, from tenders to on-site execution.
• Follow one or more large projects closely and contribute to internal development projects in data handling, programming and planning.

Required profile

• Student in engineering, construction or architecture.
• Interest in digital tools and new ways of working.
• Drive, curiosity and technical understanding.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tools such as Revit, Solibri, Dalux or Dynamo is an advantage.
• Programming or similar experience is an advantage.
