Store Manager - Streetwear & Sneakers

About the role

JD Sports is looking for a Store Manager for its store in Brunns Galleri, Aarhus, Denmark. The manager leads and motivates the team, drives sales and maximises store profitability while delivering industry-leading customer service and representing the brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the store team, train and develop staff, and lead recruitment, inductions and training
• Ensure compliance with company policy, branch rules, employment contract, security orders and applicable legislation
• Analyse KPIs with the store dashboard, support floor coverage during peak and off-peak periods and help the team meet and exceed targets
• Handle enquiries and complaints promptly, courteously and objectively, and maintain customer retention through courteous, competent service
• Maintain a clean, tidy store and follow health and safety procedures
• Keep expenses to a minimum and own administrative responsibilities such as retail development, vacant premises, scheduling and local trading patterns
• Follow the weekly visual merchandising brief, keep new and advertised products visible and update mannequins, displays and windows

Required profile

• Retail management experience
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• Strong time management, verbal and written communication skills
