Store Manager – SENG Mattress Store, Tårnby

About the role

GML is recruiting a store manager for SENG, a Danish chain of mattress stores with 28 shops, in its Tårnby location. You will run a relatively new store in a growth phase, responsible for its operations and results, while also being a key part of sales on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and professional advice to customers, turning enquiries into good deals
• Drive the store's revenue and use the growth potential of the local area
• Meet the store's targets and KPIs
• Run daily operations: coordination, shift planning, follow-up on customers, orders and deliveries
• Lead and coach the staff, keeping a high service level and a pleasant, sale-ready environment
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere

Required profile

• Experience managing retail stores, close to customers, colleagues and day-to-day operations
• A strong, results-driven seller who enjoys giving professional advice
• Comfortable communicating with many different people and working at a fast pace
• Visible commitment, persistence and openness to new ideas
