Senior Value Engineer - AI & Process Optimization

About the role

As a Senior Value Engineer you will lead AI‑driven business transformation for retail customers, using the Celonis Context Model to deliver end‑to‑end value journeys. You will combine technical execution with consulting and project management to orchestrate complex roadmaps and drive measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover business issues, own outcomes from discovery through realized ROI, and craft executive narratives.
• Build executive sponsorship, co‑own change management, and design Center‑of‑Excellence roadmaps.
• Steer global transformations, implement AI‑driven account planning and automate governance processes.
• Act as an AI‑fluent operator, leveraging AI tools for rapid outputs and champion platform adoption.
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps, embed Celonis as a strategic platform, and provide feedback to R&D.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Value Engineering, Consulting or Pre‑Sales managing complex workstreams and customer relationships.
• Strong background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Proven ability to lead multi‑region transformation programs and secure VP/Director‑level sponsorship.
• Excellent English communication with executive presence.
• Deep knowledge of Finance/Supply Chain domains and Retail trends.
