About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced project manager to join its internal Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO drives cross‑organizational initiatives, often related to IT and development, and supports change management across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive internal projects, develop project plans, allocate resources and estimate timelines.
• Coordinate communication and change‑management activities, identify risks and ensure projects deliver maximum business value.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to a team of project managers, change managers, data/AI specialists and student assistants.

Required profile

• Documented experience in project management and PMO roles, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant academic background such as a master’s degree.
• Familiarity with project methodologies like PRINCE2 or SCRUM.
• Ability to work structured and proactively in a complex organization with many stakeholders.
