Senior SEO Manager, Owned Media

About the role

iProspect, a global performance marketing agency, is looking for a Senior SEO Manager for its Owned Media team in Aarhus. You will play a central role in SEO work for several Danish and international clients, setting strategy and handling technical details, and you will develop SEO in line with search behaviour and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse websites for technical issues affecting crawling, indexing and rendering, and turn them into prioritised recommendations
• Work closely with client developers and technical teams to implement recommendations and check results
• Develop SEO strategies and roadmaps covering search queries, information architecture, content and technical improvements
• Develop and test approaches to visibility in AI-based search results and LLM-generated answers
• Run audits, keyword analysis, monitoring and reporting, and measure SEO impact
• Present findings clearly to marketing managers and technical stakeholders
• Cooperate with Content, UX, CRO, Web Analytics and Paid Search colleagues

Required profile

• At least five years of SEO experience, including strategy, execution and reporting
• Practical experience with technical SEO on complex sites, including crawling, indexing, rendering, JavaScript, Core Web Vitals and structured data
• Knowledge of optimisation for AI-based search results and LLMs, or hands-on testing of such initiatives
• Experience advising clients and working with developers or other technical teams; agency experience is an advantage
• Fluent Danish and English

Required skills

• Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager, server logs or various CMS platforms are an advantage
