Marketing Intern - Content & Campaigns

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups, is looking for a Marketing Intern to join its team in Copenhagen. You will support a wide range of marketing activities, working closely with the Area Marketing Manager, covering digital, brand and campaign work. The internship is based at the Area Support Office in Copenhagen, with occasional travel in Denmark and abroad, and is open to students enrolled in and actively attending a Danish school or university.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for newsletters, web banners and other digital and print channels, and update website content
• Contribute to social media content with a creative approach
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Prepare briefs for upcoming productions such as social media videos, hotel and destination videos and photoshoots
• Support partner marketing, sales trade fairs and events, and collaborations
• Assist during photoshoots and video productions and help coordinate marketing materials and assets

Required profile

• Student enrolled in and actively attending a Danish school or university
• Available for an internship during the first half of 2027
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• Fluent English (written and spoken); a Scandinavian language is a plus
• Creative, able to work independently and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the service, hotel or restaurant industry is an advantage
