Senior HR & Payroll Specialist

About the role

As a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist you will be a key member of our SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and HR BPO team, delivering high‑quality HR operations such as time management, benefits, pensions, insurances and employee administration. You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, ensure compliance with Danish regulations, mentor colleagues and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate HR operational services for clients.
• Drive process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of HR BPO processes and standards.
• Act as an SME for complex HR and compliance‑related matters.
• Maintain process documentation and support onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor regulatory changes and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR and/or payroll outsourcing, BPO or corporate HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee‑lifecycle processes and Danish employment regulations.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and service delivery.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
