Employer Branding Intern

About the role

Nobia, a Nordic organization with employees across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, is looking for an Employer Branding Intern to help shape how its kitchen brands (HTH, uno form, INVITA) attract and engage future talent. The intern joins the HR team from day one and works closely with colleagues in Communication and Talent Acquisition. The internship is based at Nobia's Danish head office in Tilst, near Aarhus, and starts in January/February 2027 for 4-5 months, 30-37 hours per week; it is unpaid, but the intern is included in the lunch scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run Employer Branding activities and initiatives.
• Create and plan content for LinkedIn, internal channels and career sites.
• Take photos and create short videos for the various channels.
• Find and tell engaging stories about people and the workplace.
• Support recruitment fairs and develop content and materials for them.
• Monitor trends in recruitment, social media and Employer Branding and share insights with the HR team.
• Contribute to other projects across Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.

Required profile

• Currently studying Communication, HR or a similar field; the exact degree is less important than curiosity, creativity and interest in people and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Danish and English, able to reach different audiences.
• Creative mindset, eye for visual content, and confidence to share ideas and challenge the status quo.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video content is a plus.
