Sales and Trade Trainee – Kitchen Design

About the role

HTH, a leading Danish kitchen manufacturer with 60 years of experience across Scandinavia, is looking for a sales and trade trainee for its Esbjerg location. The two-year programme develops your skills in selling and designing kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes within a dedicated team of kitchen experts.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on and sell HTH products and solutions
• Design kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes
• Customer service and advice
• Build a customer portfolio and sales network

What the training includes

• A boot camp introducing you to yourself and your fellow trainees
• Four 2-week school stays at the business college in Odder, where HTH has its own kitchen line tailored to your learning
• A three-day study trip
• Two elective courses in sales psychology and negotiation techniques
