Renewable and Flexible Asset Manager

About the role

This foundational position is the first Renewable and Flexible Asset Manager at Reel, responsible for performance and revenue oversight of a growing portfolio of wind, solar and battery assets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for asset owners, providing proactive performance updates and translating market insights.
• Support pre‑qualification processes, coordinating with trading and technical teams.
• Produce operational performance reports for commercial and financial stakeholders.
• Ensure remote control setups function correctly and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor asset availability, act on alarms, and follow through until resolution.
• Manage revenue share calculations, billing, and invoicing accuracy.
• Develop and maintain consistent asset‑management processes and ensure contract compliance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in asset management, finance or technical customer‑success roles.
• Comfort with commercial asset management and revenue calculations.
• Experience in the energy sector or familiarity with energy‑asset data.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
