Customer Engagement Manager – Swine (Denmark)

About the role

Join a leading animal health company to shape the future of Danish pig production. As a Customer Engagement Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to veterinarians and pig producers, translating scientific insights into practical, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong collaborations with Danish swine veterinarians and key industry stakeholders.
• Provide on‑farm diagnostic support and problem‑solving advice to improve herd health.
• Educate farm staff on optimal vaccination routines and preventive practices.
• Translate scientific data into value‑adding recommendations for customers.
• Participate in joint projects with veterinarians and cross‑functional teams (Swine, Livestock, Marketing, Technology).
• Contribute to sales targets and help define the long‑term strategy for the swine segment in Denmark.

Required profile

• Veterinary degree (candidate in veterinary medicine).
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Danish pig production and relevant disease areas.
• Hands‑on experience in the swine sector, veterinary practice, advisory or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, independent work style and strong team spirit.
• Data‑driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
