Project Manager

About the role

Join Maersk's Project Logistics product as a Project Manager, supporting a global team of over 150 colleagues. You will work within the Equipment & Site Services department, delivering tailor‑made logistics solutions and ensuring operational excellence for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating and planning global logistics solutions.
• Lead project coordination and execution, including on‑ground supervision worldwide.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across projects.
• Travel to project sites as required, up to 20 days per year.

Required profile

• Self‑driven with high ownership and a can‑do attitude.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills in a complex environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Proven project management experience.
• Operational experience in freight forwarding, preferably within project logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
