Production Lead - Pilot Production & Process Technology

About the role

BioMar is looking for a new Production & Process Lead at its Tech Center in Brande, Denmark. The Tech Center tests new raw materials, process technologies and feed concepts at pilot scale before they enter BioMar factories worldwide. As Production Lead you will turn innovation into safe, efficient and reliable production, working at the intersection of production, process technology and R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily pilot production activities
• Optimize process parameters and support extrusion technology development
• Lead and support operators in daily operations
• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges
• Ensure safe, stable and efficient execution of trials and production activities
• Collaborate with scientists, operators, quality, raw materials, maintenance and the Global Process Network

Required profile

• Experience from feed, food or process industries
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to daily operations
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
• Experience in aquafeed production, pilot plants or R&D is an advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of extrusion technology, pilot production or processing equipment
• Technical understanding of how raw materials, equipment and process parameters work together
