Product Manager, Energy Solutions

About the role

OK, one of Denmark's largest energy companies, is looking for a Product Manager for its Energy Solutions area. You will turn opportunities in the energy market into attractive, coherent and scalable customer solutions, working closely with sales, trading, technology, operations and procurement. The work is based on concrete projects and customers, including battery solutions for businesses, heat pumps, charging stations and flexibility services. The position is based at OK's headquarters in Viby.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and commercialise battery solutions for business customers, turning strategy into clear product descriptions and sales tools
• Support sales and commercial management with products and knowledge
• Negotiate supplier and partnership contracts
• Turn customer and market needs into product requirements, solutions and prioritised roadmaps
• Prepare business cases, pricing models and commercial concepts together with colleagues
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement and scaling opportunities
• Coordinate product activities across sales, trading, procurement, technology, operations and product development, and work with external partners
• Follow market developments and turn new opportunities into products and business

Required profile

• Experience in product development, business development or commercialisation, and interest in or experience with the energy market, electrification or technical energy solutions
• Able to structure a developing product area and turn technical complexity into clear commercial choices
• Comfortable with business cases, pricing models and commercial concepts
• Self-driven, able to follow through tasks to completion and push progress across functions
• Analytical, curious and able to take ownership of Energy Solutions
• Current title is not decisive; candidates come from energy companies, aggregators, technology firms, suppliers or consulting firms
