Nordic Media Manager – Consumer Products Division

About the role

We are seeking a Nordic Media Manager to join the Media team in our Consumer Products Division, based in Copenhagen. Reporting to the Divisional Media Lead, you will own full‑funnel media strategies for leading beauty brands across the Nordic region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data‑driven media investment strategies that align with diverse consumer profiles and boost brand visibility.
• Manage the relationship with the media agency, handling briefs, budgets and daily execution.
• Lead transactional and retail media strategies in line with Retailer Joint Business Plans.
• Analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to optimise ROI and turnover.
• Drive first‑party audience growth, SEO and SEA initiatives to strengthen search and discovery.
• Collaborate with Advocacy, Ecommerce Brand Managers and Brand teams to ensure holistic digital services and test‑and‑learn approaches.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in media management, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven expertise in full‑funnel media activation and data‑driven strategy development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented, entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving matrix environment.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
