AI Marketing Lead – Automation & MarTech Integration

About the role

RIB is looking for an AI Marketing Lead who will activate AI across the MarTech stack, build automated workflows and connect every improvement to measurable commercial outcomes. You will work with tools such as Zapier, n8n, Salesforce and generative AI platforms in a green‑field environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unlock Marketing Technology by connecting tools, activating AI features and scripting integrations that improve efficiency.
• Build AI‑powered reporting and analytics that turn marketing data into actionable insights.
• Design AI‑enabled workflows for content creation, repurposing and campaign execution while ensuring brand and governance standards.
• Create reusable prompt libraries, workflow templates and best‑practice guides to drive AI adoption across the global marketing team.
• Own the MarTech AI roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on measurable business impact.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in AI, business systems or marketing technology with a proven record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable scripting (Python, JavaScript) and building API integrations between marketing platforms.
• Strong prompt‑engineering skills and ability to interpret GA4, Search Console and CRM data.
• Commercial mindset that links AI initiatives to time savings, pipeline contribution or cost reduction.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) and willingness to travel internationally 2‑3 times per year.
