MLR Strategy Lead – EU (Falcon AI)

About the role

Veeva is building Falcon MLR, an AI‑driven application that reviews medical, legal and regulatory promotional material. As the EU MLR Strategy Lead you will own review quality across Europe, work closely with the founding team and shape the future of MLR for the life‑science industry.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon’s findings across EU markets.
• Lead regulatory monitoring together with engineering and product, coordinating with other regions.
• Operationalize the reviewer‑feedback loop to turn customer inputs into product improvements.
• Investigate and resolve why Falcon flags content, building processes for handling such queries.
• Automate recurring tasks using AI workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks in cross‑functional collaboration with engineering and product.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience reviewing promotional material in pharma, biotech or an agency.
• Deep knowledge of European codes such as EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM.
• Ability to learn dense regulatory/legal material quickly and demonstrate results.
• Proven use of AI in daily work, including automation of personal tasks.
• High agency and entrepreneurial spirit, having built something independently.
• Experience with Vault PromoMats – reviews, annotations, claims libraries.
• Residency in the EU.
