Growth Marketing Manager Nordics

About the role

Frisbii is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for the Nordics to lead regional demand generation and support global campaigns. Based in Copenhagen, you will plan and execute high‑impact digital, event, and content initiatives to drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field marketing planning and execution for the Nordic region and support global campaigns.
• Design, launch, and optimise high‑performing campaigns and webinars that generate pipeline and acquire customers.
• Create conversion‑focused assets across digital channels and set up campaigns on LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google, and social platforms.
• Organise and market webinars, coordinating content and speakers.
• Plan and execute events in collaboration with Sales.
• Analyse campaign performance and monitor regional KPIs.
• Collaborate with field marketing teams in Germany and France, as well as content, brand, and design teams.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders to optimise lead conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing experience.
• Strong campaign and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Danish and English; Swedish or Norwegian a plus.
• High affinity for technical topics and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• HubSpot (marketing automation and lead nurturing).
• LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram paid campaign management.
• WordPress/Elementor CMS platforms.
• Email, in‑product, and content marketing.
• Persona‑based/ICP marketing.
