Management Consultant, Commercial Excellence & GenAI

About the role

Accenture Song is looking for consultants interested in Commercial Excellence and Generative AI to join its Sales & Service team in Copenhagen. You will advise on and drive digital transformations, working closely with customers as trusted advisors who turn business strategy into concrete initiatives. The team focuses on CRM systems, customer platforms and GenAI solutions, from business case and roadmap to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in projects with roles in business consulting, programme and project management and business development activities.
• Help frame the right problems and advise customers on handling growing demands from their own customers.
• Advise customers at decision-maker level on technology choices and priorities such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Create business and customer insights through analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.

Required profile

• Interest in Commercial Excellence and/or Generative AI.
• 2-4 years of experience as a consultant or similar in industry (strategy or digital transformation).
• Degree in business administration, technology and/or strategy (e.g. CBS, ITU, KU, DTU).
• Strong social skills, good English communication and a Scandinavian language, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Understanding of CRM as an accelerator of business transformation.
• Presenting recommendations in PowerPoint and analysing data in Excel.
• Reporting on platforms such as Google, Azure, Salesforce and Adobe.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, AI, machine learning and big data is an advantage.
