Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (Freelance)

About the role

Allucent is building a network of local pharmacovigilance experts to support post‑marketing safety activities. The Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) will act as the primary liaison with local regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with local PV requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for local regulatory authorities, including 24/7 availability when legally required.
• Monitor safety issues, regulatory recommendations, and legislative changes relevant to client products.
• Support client audits and inspections, provide documentation, and manage corrective actions.
• Conduct local literature screening and collect safety information.
• Assist in developing or reviewing the local pharmacovigilance system master file (LPSMF) and support local signal detection.
• Manage risk‑minimization measures and provide local PV training to sales, affiliates, and distributors.
• Report regularly to the EU QPPV and maintain communication with them.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in pharmacovigilance post‑marketing activities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of global and local regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Residency in the country where services are delivered.
