Lead Consultant – Workday (Integrations, Reporting & Security)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive technical Workday solutions in Copenhagen. The role focuses on integrations, advanced reporting and security configuration across the Workday platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Workday integrations using PECI, PICOF, Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
• Create and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending and BIRT reports and develop complex calculated fields.
• Configure and support Workday security framework, including domain and business process security policies.
• Support data conversion, migration and integration testing (SIT, UAT) for implementation projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Workday implementation, rollout, upgrade or enhancement projects.
• Hands‑on expertise in Workday technical development and production support.
• Ability to lead the technical workstream from requirement analysis through deployment and post‑go‑live support.
