Kitchen Sales Consultant – High-End Kitchens

About the role

HTH Holbæk, a standalone franchise kitchen store with about 19 employees, is looking for its best kitchen sales consultant. You will help customers turn their dream kitchens into reality, surrounded by innovative high-end kitchens in a fully renovated, inspiring shop. The work combines complex sales with an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the store and answer questions by email and phone
• Visualise and draw interior design layouts based on customer needs, including special and creative solutions
• Prepare offers and advise on financing
• Showcase customers' dream kitchens in the store
• Order goods such as countertops and appliances and coordinate delivery and installation
• Coordinate with craftsmen so projects finish on time and customers are satisfied

Required profile

• Previous kitchen sales experience or insight from the industry; you know how a kitchen is built and can advise on materials and design
• Passion for sales and good experience with kitchen design
• Creative thinking and flair for numbers
• Basic IT understanding and ability to learn new software quickly
• Available during opening hours, including weekends and weekdays, and reliable
• Comfortable with social media
