Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

Great Northern, a golf and spa resort in Kerteminde on Funen with 15 rooms, a golf course, spa and restaurant, is looking for a cleaning assistant to support its housekeeping team leader. The position is full-time with flexible hours including weekends, despite shift work.

Key responsibilities

• Take part actively in daily cleaning of the facilities, including hotel rooms, clubhouse, spa and training area
• Act as the team leader's representative on the floor and set an example for colleagues
• Help the team leader with some administrative tasks such as roster planning and quality control
• Share your own cleaning tasks and give the team leader advice on established cleaning routines

Required profile

• Cleaning experience, preferably from the cleaning or service industry
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment and quality control
• Danish and English
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute to a strong team spirit
