Breakfast Cooks – Ambitious Kitchen at Great Northern

About the role

Great Northern, a golf and spa resort just outside Kerteminde, is expanding its hotel and restaurant and is looking for several skilled and engaged breakfast cooks. The kitchen is led by culinary concept manager Rainer Gassner and aims for a clear culinary identity centred on the Fynsk spisekammer, combining seasonality, sustainability and solid craftsmanship. Working hours are 7:30–17:30, with free evenings and every other weekend off.

• Cook trained and experienced in an ambitious kitchen
• Strong interest in ingredient quality, flavour nuances and the detail work involved
• Structured approach, thriving in a demanding but supportive environment
• Curious, engaged and eager to develop professionally
