Head of Product – Staffing, Attendance & Capacity

About the role

Famly is looking for a Head of Product to own the Staffing, Attendance & Capacity domain of its platform. You will act as the mini‑CEO for this product line, shaping vision, strategy and outcomes that help nurseries reduce admin time and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and OKRs for Staffing, Attendance & Capacity, aligning with overall company goals.
• Lead, grow and manage a cross‑functional team of engineers, designers and product managers, including hiring and performance development.
• Prioritise roadmap items, balancing regulatory compliance, usability and commercial impact across multiple markets.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction and commercial metrics, steering the team toward measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Heads of Product and senior leadership to ensure coherent product strategy across the organisation.

• Proven experience leading product teams in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong ability to make data‑driven decisions in fast‑moving, multi‑market contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering product outcomes that drive business growth.
