General Manager – Denmark, Securitas Technology

About the role

Securitas Technology is looking for a General Manager for Denmark, based in Copenhagen, reporting to the Regional Leader of Securitas Technology – Northern Europe. The role leads the country business with accountability for the P&L, budgets and day-to-day operations, aiming to grow organic revenue and operating margin while strengthening integrated solutions and customer service. The salary is DKK 1.20–1.50 million per year.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full country P&L, budgets and operations, and set a clear direction for the Danish business
• Develop and deliver plans that grow organic revenue, improve operating margin and strengthen market share
• Lead commercial performance, sales strategy and customer acquisition, and build high-performing teams combining the Technology and CamVision commercial functions
• Integrate CamVision, partner with Finance, HR, IT and other functions, and collaborate with Securitas Services
• Represent the company with stakeholders, and where required at legal sessions or with unions and works councils
• Lead, support and develop employees, and build an engaged, high-performing environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Economics or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years' experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role
• Experience in an international environment and leading commercial functions in a service-driven field operations business
• Ideally: experience in a multinational, fast-paced matrix environment, security or technology integration, and knowledge of Danish contractual and construction frameworks (AB18, ABT18)

Required skills

• Knowledge of project economics, commercial risk, contract management and recurring service revenue
• Understanding of financial models, ROI, TCO and capital versus operating budget matters
• Written and spoken English proficiency
