Department Manager - Small Electronics Sales Team, Randers

About the role

Power is looking for a department manager for its small electronics sales team in Randers. You will lead a small team of colleagues, develop and motivate them and be responsible for an annual budget of up to DKK 70 million, turning headquarters strategies into results in the store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and motivate your team, giving constructive feedback so colleagues can learn from it
• Manage an annual budget of up to DKK 70 million and turn headquarters strategies into concrete results in the store
• Be part of the store's management group, sharing responsibility for operations, all employees and the agreed budgets
• Build the right team and recruit new colleagues
• Work on the floor with customers and colleagues

Required profile

• Experience in leadership, not necessarily many years
• Structured and responsible, with a passion for developing people
• Ability to create a good working environment where people thrive
• Experience with sales, budgets and KPIs is an advantage but not required
