Customer Success Manager (Danish speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Success Manager to own the long‑term success and retention of a portfolio of Brandwatch customers across the Nordics. You will act as the trusted advisor who embeds our social listening platform into clients’ daily workflows and drives measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer retention, manage renewals and collaborate with Account Managers on Quarterly Business Reviews and growth plans.
• Build executive‑level relationships to align Brandwatch solutions with customers’ strategic goals.
• Oversee onboarding together with an Onboarding Specialist and lead training and best‑practice initiatives.
• Identify product feedback, communicate roadmap priorities and champion a community of Brandwatch users.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with Product Support to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or SaaS account‑management role.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial and retention targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English.
• Experience working with Nordic customers and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
