Chief Cook - Windfarm Installation Unit

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Cook for a windfarm installation unit based in Esbjerg, Denmark. The role involves managing galley operations on a vessel with a crew of up to 100 persons.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food preparation and service for the vessel’s crew.
• Maintain galley hygiene, stock, and compliance with maritime regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as Chief Cook or Night Cook on a WTIV vessel.
• Experience on leisure vessels preferred for a crew of 100 persons.

Required skills

• Completion of Marlins & TOSE tests.
• Certificates: HUET, CA‑EBS, OPITO.
