Assistant Front of House Manager (Part‑time, 80‑100 h/month)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Assistant Front of House Manager to supervise, coordinate, and handle the daily service of FoH. You will be first in command together with the FoH Manager and will plan and lead a variety of job tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily service and FoH team in the restaurant.
• Control and direct the drink preparation process and ordering.
• Ensure quality of the servings by checking drinks and dishes before they reach the guest.
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
• Remedy any problems or defects and arrange for repairs with suppliers when necessary.
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing, and training the FoH team.
• Plan and fill in the work schedule and approve hours.
• Oversee the work of your team and estimate the workload.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a work climate of cooperation and respect between team members.
