Business Analyst - FP&A

About the role

OrderYOYO is looking for a driven Business Analyst to join its FP&A team. You will work directly with senior leadership, turning data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions. Key responsibilities

• Assist with scenario analysis to inform leadership‑level strategic decisions.
• Support invoicing processes and help automate existing logic.
• Structure and analyse raw data, translate business needs into data requirements, and collaborate with Tech on integration.
• Design and analyse commercial experiments (A/B tests, hypothesis‑driven investigations) before scaling.
• Apply Python modelling techniques (classification, regression, clustering, segmentation) to answer commercial questions.
• Build and enhance Power BI reports on the Microsoft Fabric data platform for management and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial analytics, FP&A, consulting or business analysis, preferably in a SaaS, marketplace or subscription business.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Structured problem‑solving skills, capable of turning open questions into testable hypotheses.
• Interest in applied AI/ML, such as using LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI and modern data‑platform experience (Microsoft Fabric or equivalent).
• Python with pandas and scikit‑learn.
• Experience with classification, regression and clustering models.
• A/B testing, causal inference and OLS hypothesis testing.
