Associate Consultant, Netcompany Consulting (Swedish Speaking)

About the role

Netcompany is looking for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree to start their career as an Associate Consultant in Copenhagen. You will work on complex IT solutions, combining hands-on development with project delivery and close client interaction. The role sits in either the Consulting or Application Services business area: Consulting is more project-oriented, while Application Services is more long-term, team- and solution-driven.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into technical solutions and clarify requirements through customer dialogue.
• Develop frontend and backend features for customer solutions.
• Set up and develop frameworks, integrations and extensions for standard platforms.
• Automate business processes, for example through batch jobs.
• Develop tools and scripts for data migration and other technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT or a similar field.
• Newly graduated or a few years of experience; passion for advancing your IT career.
• Analytical thinker, proactive and structured approach.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, and ability to work in a Danish work environment.

Required skills

• Good IT technical skills in object-oriented programming.
• Fundamental knowledge of software development.
• Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, React, Angular, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle and Adobe.
