About the role

Welcome to our Master Thesis Program – combine academic research with hands‑on experience at a global healthcare company. This project focuses on exploring market expansion opportunities for Coloplast in North and West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Phase 1 market research: desk research, data analysis and stakeholder interviews to build a comprehensive view of the North and West African market landscape.
• Lead Phase 2 market selection and prioritization: define evaluation criteria and assess potential markets to identify the most attractive opportunities.
• Execute Phase 3 market entry planning: propose entry models, partner selection and cooperation structures for the chosen markets.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an M.Sc. program in Business or Commercial Studies, preferably in the final stage of the degree.
• Analytical and structured thinking with a strong interest in strategy and market expansion.
• Comfort working with data, conducting interviews and performing desk research.
• Curiosity about emerging markets and cross‑cultural business environments.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
