About the role
Alstom is seeking a full‑time Planning Manager to join its Copenhagen team. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of customer project schedules and supporting on‑time delivery across rail and transport projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Alstom’s scheduling process.
- Monitor project progress, capture external events, and provide forecasting and look‑ahead planning.
- Facilitate synchronization of internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineering, Installation, Quality and Safety teams.
- Manage resource allocation across complex projects and lead performance follow‑up with KPIs.
- Contribute to return‑of‑experience (REX) initiatives and share best practices.
Required profile
- Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent).
- Senior planning management experience in an industrial environment.
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to work in a multicultural setting and manage multiple stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
