Operations Executive with French

About the role

Tour Partner Group is seeking a passionate Operations Executive who is fluent in French to join its international team in Copenhagen. The role focuses on creating authentic travel experiences, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for tours.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging tour itineraries and package offers.
• Coordinate logistics, including accommodation, transport, and activity bookings.
• Maintain regular contact with tour leaders to adjust programs and resolve issues during tours.
• Prepare final travel documents and deliver them to clients.
• Own the quality and financial performance of each tour.
• Renegotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while protecting margins.
• Monitor payment conditions, verify invoice accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints efficiently.
• Provide support to other departments as needed and handle emergency phone duty.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written French.
• Minimum of one year experience as an operations coordinator or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and deadline‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm and assertive when handling client or supplier incidents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
