About the role
We are seeking an E‑Commerce Content Specialist to drive the creation, optimisation and execution of website content and campaign assets across our direct‑to‑consumer channels. You will work closely with the Senior Website Manager, Brand, PPC and CRM teams to ensure timely, on‑brand launches that deliver strong commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaign calendars for product launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Coordinate asset delivery with Brand, Social Media and PPC teams.
- Manage onsite go‑lives including homepage banners, product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs) and landing pages.
- Write and publish English copy for campaigns, email marketing and new arrivals.
- Maintain and update homepage, PLPs, SEO landing pages and evergreen pages.
- Ensure new products are listed with optimized imagery, copy, tagging and meta fields.
- Continuously improve content performance using UX insights and SEO best practices.
- Execute content refreshes on third‑party platforms in collaboration with the 3PP Platform Manager.
- Coordinate activations on external traffic and promotion platforms and monitor basic performance KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven track record managing e‑commerce content, preferably in a D2C or performance‑focused environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify or a comparable CMS.
- Strong written English skills for an international audience.
- Structured, execution‑oriented mindset.
