Technical Service Engineer – Marine Engineering Background

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer with a marine engineering background to join ELPRO’s Nordic Service Team. The role focuses on delivering installation, calibration, qualification and technical support for advanced monitoring solutions used in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life‑science sectors across the Nordic region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation of hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
• Carry out ISO‑17025 calibrated services, system qualification testing and reporting.
• Provide thermal mapping, fault finding and corrective actions on measuring instruments.
• Support customers in highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with European colleagues and headquarters in Switzerland.
• Travel up to 80 days per year, including occasional training at other ELPRO locations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 1‑2 years of practical experience in maritime, industrial, technical service, maintenance or commissioning environments.
• Fluent in Danish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
