Technical Project Manager - Data & Migration Team

About the role

As our next Technical Project Manager in the Data & Migrations team, you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. This senior role provides program leadership to deliver strategic technical solutions that address complex client issues and ensure successful business growth and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor program status, including milestones, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Act as the delivery escalation point and ensure prompt resolution with clear communication plans.
• Provide executive‑level summaries for senior leaders.
• Intervene when necessary to keep costs, timelines, and quality on track.
• Develop plans and effort estimates for future projects during the sales process.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of data engineers and scientists to deliver data‑driven projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with life‑science stakeholders to translate data needs into technical specifications.
• Track and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager, preferably in life sciences or other regulated sectors.
• Proven track record managing complex software development, IT system implementations, or data migrations.
• Experience leading developers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
