About the role
As the Team Lead for DSB’s Security Operations Center (SOC), you will guide a multicultural team of security analysts in protecting critical Danish infrastructure. You will combine day‑to‑day incident handling with strategic planning to enhance DSB’s cyber resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and mentorship to a six‑person SOC team spread across Europe.
- Coordinate second‑line incident response while liaising with an external Managed Detection and Response partner.
- Define and execute the SOC roadmap, including process improvements and SOP refinement.
- Organise tabletop exercises, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing meetings.
- Participate in coordination meetings with security analysts, architects, and risk‑management suppliers.
- Support tender processes, ISO audits, and security‑risk assessments.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a SOC or similar security operations team.
- Strong understanding of incident response lifecycle and security monitoring.
- Ability to develop strategic security roadmaps and deliver training.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
