System Manager for Commercial IT Europe & International Markets

About the role

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a System Manager to lead the Commercial IT Europe and International Markets team within Global IT. Based in Hellerup, Denmark, you will ensure the efficient management and integrity of Vault CRM while collaborating with cross‑functional, global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve Vault CRM, ensuring optimal performance, security, availability, and user access.
• Provide technical support, manage user administration, and handle incidents efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, external regulations, GDPR and security requirements.
• Drive test activities in Azure DevOps and develop IT policies and procedures.
• Translate business processes into technical features in collaboration with implementation partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and support partners to deliver application changes.
• Support end‑user training to maximize application usage.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, finance, etc.) supporting commercial IT.
• Experience working in a Product/Agile team environment.
• Strong analytical, team‑player attitude with a can‑do mindset.

Required skills

• Vault CRM (or similar CRM platform) administration.
• Azure DevOps for test management.
• Documentation and test management experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, security compliance, and IT governance.
